Situation at Wyoming OSLI Before Salesforce Assessment
The Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) oversees approximately four million acres of state trust land situated across Wyoming. These lands are entrusted to the state with the purpose of generating revenue to benefit public education and other specified beneficiaries.
The client implemented Salesforce years ago with the objective of developing an external-facing portal. Barriers such as a lack of internal resources and a disengaged partner have led to the inability to move forward with that goal and adapt to changing business needs.
OSLI needed a true partner they could trust to build a defined roadmap for enhancements within their Salesforce organization, identifying where and how they could:
