CSG sought to standardize global processes by implementing Oracle modern best practices, seeking a reliable partner to help them leverage a modern cloud ERP. As part of the technology modernization, the client set forth the following objectives:

  • Consolidate from Oracle E-Business Suite onto Oracle Cloud Applications
  • Completely rebuild Salesforce CPQ, including all new part numbers for subscription products
  • Streamline back-office operations to improve efficiency across the organization
  • Consolidate Salesforce CRM organizations for a single source of truth and improved decision-making
  • Streamline Quote to Cash via Subscription Model (SFDC>SM>RevPro AR)
  • Cleanse data, including inactive employees and invoice-related data not associated with any contracts or events
