KOFAX, a global document imaging firm, delivers its intelligent automation software and solutions through its direct sales and services organization, as well as through more than 850 indirect channel partners and integrators in more than 60 countries.

The client’s growth was limited by an aging financial system that lacked the ability to support acquisitions. KOFAX selected Oracle’s NetSuite Cloud ERP as the platform on which to build the company’s growth, and had set a deadline to go live on its modern solution ahead of its next acquisition. After a chaotic and inefficient implementation of NetSuite by another implementation firm, KOFAX was left to learn the new system on its own and was unable to meet objectives or perform an effective year-end close.
