Realtor.com is a family of real estate websites for consumers and real estate professionals. Their real estate information, tools, and professional expertise attracts more than 60 million monthly visitors.

Over a period of several years, Realtor.com acquired multiple businesses with diverse business processes, technology platforms and home-grown applications. In 2014, the company determined that in order to leapfrog the competition, it needed to modernize its customer-facing applications and get out of the data center business in order to focus resources on the development of new products.

Realtor.com needed solutions across multiple business areas that would provide automation, optimized controls, stronger reporting capabilities, and enable the retirement of aging legacy systems. Moreover, they needed a cloud strategy and roadmap to guide their IT decisions.  Their goals were greater visibility, accuracy, and overall efficiency.

What started as a preliminary cloud assessment has resulted a highly-collaborative partnership spanning nearly a decade.  AST has brought multiple solutions to address Realtor.com’s growing business needs and support their goals as one team.
