Situation at Wyoming OSLI Before Salesforce Assessment
The Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) oversees approximately four million acres of state trust land situated across Wyoming. These lands are entrusted to the state with the purpose of generating revenue to benefit public education and other specified beneficiaries.
The client had successfully implemented Salesforce years ago, but their organization had yet to reach one of their main objectives, to deploy an external facing customer portal. Challenges such as a lack of internal resources and frequent turnover in partners have hindered their ability to progress toward that goal and adapt to evolving business needs.
OSLI needed a true partner they could trust to build a defined roadmap for enhancements within their Salesforce organization, identifying where and how they could:
