Using UiPath’s Automation Operating Model, AST worked with JBPCO on the execution and standardization of RPA practices across functional areas and business units, while ensuring Steering Committee oversight on standardized templates, questionnaires, and SLAs.

AST implemented Process Maturity around Automation Standards and Practices by establishing scheduled review cycles for all JBPCO automation standards and procedures following change control processes. UiPath’s implementation delivered business value including:

  • Established Knowledge and Artifact Libraries for the JBPCO community to research and share automation possibilities implemented or identified
  • Established a standardized building practice around the reusability of automation applications and techniques
