With AST’s Transcend® methodology, the client was able to simplify and automate data conversion from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud, helping to fast-track their cloud journey, including integration to third-party applications and systems.  Project highlights include:

  • Migration of the requisition receipt process to a single system on cloud
  • Full PPM and Grants Management integration to cloud, a function that was not available with EBS
  • Integration from Accounts Payable and PPM to Fixed Assets, eliminating manual processes and enabling auto creation of assets
  • Elimination of on-site hardware for reduction of IT costs
  • Build and enhancement of AST budget transfer app, facilitating greater budget management efficiency
