Carmeuse is a global manufacturer of lime, limestone, and mineral-based products used in industrial, construction, and soil improvement applications. Carmeuse had previously implemented some Oracle HCM Cloud modules and there was some concern from the user community around continued manual processes and a need for additional support after the go-live. As part of its Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation offerings, Carmeuse wanted support and value-added services to assist their team’s experts throughout the HCM lifecycle.

Carmeuse sought a partner and reached out to AST because they were pleased with the Managed Services previously provided during their CPQ and Eloqua implementations. Challenges faced by Carmeuse included the following:
