Provide the younger generation of AST with the resources and confidence needed to take ownership in the growth of their leadership potential and support young leaders in their journey. We look to build a supportive network that promotes a professional and social climate to help young leaders feel more involved and connected to their peers and the whole of AST. We strive to ensure that the younger generation is well represented and feels empowered to reach their full potential.

Black Professionals of AST’s mission is to provide a platform for employees of color to elevate their voices and develop their careers through a supportive network of leaders across the company. We work to make AST an inclusive place for all by facilitating conversations and managing programs addressing race, diversity, and equality. Developing minority leadership candidates through executive sponsors and mentors. Giving back is also a top priority- we seek to partner with organizations that support STEM within under-representative youth and educational institutions.

Evolution means we are forging ahead in unity towards growth that will positively influence AST. Our purpose is to create an environment that embraces change, development, and cultural awareness towards our Hispanic and Latino communities. As a successful Employee Resource Group, our intention is to focus on promoting curiosity and vulnerability towards diversity.

The Women of AST develops and supports female employees at AST. They champion an environment in which women are valued, promoted, and can achieve their full potential. They work to empower women to achieve their full potential while contributing to the company and the community. They organize and sponsor events and activities to help their members develop skills to be successful and to build strong workplace relationships.

The Veterans of AST holds the mission of providing a platform for military veterans, veteran allies, and military-affiliated employees to find resources, connections, and career development through a supportive network of leaders across the organization. Our mission is the development of a community that fosters a supportive environment for growth and success. Developing mentorship for those that identify as military veterans with executive leadership to ensure the achievement of professional success. The foundational support of military veterans at AST, providing resources for success professionally and personally is paramount to the development of the Military Veterans of AST Employee Resource Group.

The Young Trailblazers of AST India’s goal is to foster a community environment for young talent to continuously share their interests, knowledge, and ideas to improve the future workplace. Through networking, opportunities, and leveraging experience from senior leaders, we encourage and develop the new generation of leaders to realize and reach their full potential.
