The CEI program recognizes those that have a successful track record and expertise of cloud implementations. Only those that have continuously provided superior customer experience are qualified for this program.

In order to become certified, participants must meet specific criteria, such as certification and training.

More information about the CEI Program will be highlighted in numerous activities at Oracle OpenWorld, such as the Central Keynote, the breakout session, the CEI kiosk in the Oracle PartnerNetwork Lounge, and the OPN Focus Session.

Unlike previous years, summer is still going strong here in Chicago, so we’re hoping to cool off in the Bay Area as we network with peers and learn what’s new and upcoming in the industry!

It’s a dog’s day in the AST home office today!

The dog days of summer are over (although, it’s nearly 100 degrees in Chicagoland today – the first day of Fall!), but we’re having our own dog day here in Naperville.  AST families’ pups have joined the team for the day and are brightening everyone’s spirits throughout the office.

Balaji T. has done an exceptional job on our New York State Thruway Authority (NYSTA) project. He continually keeps a positive attitude regardless of the volume of work that he is expected to accomplish, while always looking for ways to help fellow AST teammates and client personnel.  The NYSTA team members have expressed their appreciation and gratitude for his willingness to take the time to explain functionality and going the extra mile to ensure that all of their questions and concerns are answered. Padlock_Security_Network_BlueThe Electric Power Board (EPB) of Chattanooga has signed a deal with AST to implement Oracle Cloud Security Broker (CASB) and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) to enhance its security systems.  AST was selected against prominent competitors to perform the implementation. Once completed, the project will be a pioneer for Oracle CASB implementations, the first of its kind to be performed by any systems integrator, as well as the first Oracle CASB implementation in the Public Sector.

iconWith AST as its implementation partner, The City of San Jose, CA has successfully launched My San Jose, an Oracle cloud-based 311 solution allowing residents to report non-emergency service requests via a modern mobile application. AST’s decades of experience implementing Oracle solutions in the Public Sector made it the most qualified team to help the City realize its goals.

The six-month collaborative engagement involving the AST and City teams has allowed the City to increase direct communication with its citizens through email, application notifications and comments, and live chat, while also ensuring that telephone correspondence is available when required.

As a result of the AST 311 Solution, the City of San Jose is now able to effectively provide improved municipal services to its citizens through modern channels, saving time and costs by eliminating inefficiencies.
