Tuesday at Oracle’s Modern Customer Experience conference in Chicago, the winners of the 2018 CX Excellence Awards were announced, and two of AST’s customers were recognized for providing unforgettable customer experiences with Oracle solutions implemented by AST.

The City of San Jose, CA was nominated for the Modern Service Transformation award, which recognizes organizations that have differentiated their business with exceptional customer experiences with Oracle Service Cloud.

William Lyon Homes was nominated for, and won, the Modern Sales Transformation award, which recognizes organizations that have led the pack with their use of Oracle CX Sales solutions across SFA, PRM, SPM, and CPQ products.

Congratulations to the City of San Jose, William Lyon Homes, and the AST team members who successfully implemented these solutions!

EoM-2BFemaleCongratulations to Tina M. for being selected AST’s Employee of the Month for March 2018!  She is being recognized for her continued excellence in customer service and being an essential EPM team lead.

Tina helped AST accomplish a recent critical project win and quickly became the key resource on the implementation team. She has continued to work very hard to establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with the client, and Tina and the AST team have quickly built trust and confidence with the client with positive work results.  Tina understood the client’s key success factors and has effectively transformed their processes into a successfully designed Enterprise PBCS application that went live on March 1.

Since joining AST’s HR and Administrative team, Hannah’s commitment, dedication, and follow-through on administration and human resources processes have been noteworthy.  Her positive attitude is infectious and everyone that has worked with her is inspired by her ability to multi-task and tackle challenges.  She has been able to resolve and guide our staff through time sheet and expense entry processes, and effectively manages new employee orientation.

Hannah manages AST’s Dallas office, working with many people throughout the organization and delivering wonderful customer service with a smile. She has a bright future with AST and we look forward as she grows on our HR team.
