Business Transformation: A Journey, Not a Destination

Loren Mahon, Vice President for Global Finance Systems in Oracle’s Office of the CEO, told eager audience members at Oracle’s Modern Finance Experience event in Chicago this April about her own team’s business transformation strategy.  She explains that her team of “silo busters” focuses on a strategy of:  Simplify, Standardize, Centralize, and Automate.
