ModernCX: AST Customers Recognized for Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences with AST and Oracle CX Solutions!

Tuesday at Oracle’s Modern Customer Experience conference in Chicago, the winners of the 2018 CX Excellence Awards were announced, and two of AST’s customers were recognized for providing unforgettable customer experiences with Oracle solutions implemented by AST.

The City of San Jose, CA was nominated for the Modern Service Transformation award, which recognizes organizations that have differentiated their business with exceptional customer experiences with Oracle Service Cloud.

William Lyon Homes was nominated for, and won, the Modern Sales Transformation award, which recognizes organizations that have led the pack with their use of Oracle CX Sales solutions across SFA, PRM, SPM, and CPQ products.
