AST CRM/CX Practice Matures, Expands Footprint
The AST CRM/CX practice was launched to enable a 360-degree solution to our clients, and we have matured it’s capabilities in main-stream CRM/CX modules such as Service Cloud and Siebel CRM. In addition, we are generating momentum by expanding our footprint into Oracle Fusion Applications, Cloud Strategy and Master Data Management. While our competitors may currently be growing quickly, many of them lack strong knowledge of any particular vertical, which will challenge their continued growth. AST, on the other hand, has an impressive list of clients in the Public Sector and have grown >40% YOY since 2010. AST’s CRM/CX practice should be able to maintain long-term sequential growth by leveraging our Public Sector and Transportation verticals as well as winning new opportunities within commercial accounts. AST’s CRM/CX Practice has partnered with Oracle to create distinctly packaged go-to-market solutions in the Transit & Utilities Industry. We are currently targeting the top 100 transit organizations in the U.S.
